Do you offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pool maintenance?
Yes. We offer all three maintenance options. Weekly is the strongest choice for summer, heavy-use pools, commercial pools, and customers who want the most consistent water quality. Bi-weekly works well for many residential pools with lighter use. Monthly is best for light-use pools, spas, equipment check-ins, or off-season support.
What is included in a regular maintenance visit?
Typical visits include checking water condition, skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, checking circulation and filtration, testing and balancing water, and noting equipment or safety concerns. Repairs, parts, specialty cleanup, and unusual chemical demand can be quoted separately when needed.
Do you repair pool equipment?
Yes. We diagnose and service pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, valves, plumbing-related circulation issues, and other equipment problems. Send photos of the equipment pad and any error codes before the visit when possible.
Are you a factory warranty pool pro?
Yes. We provide factory warranty pool pro support for Jandy/Fluidra, Pentair, and Hayward equipment. Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer’s approval and requirements, but we can help identify equipment, document the issue, and support the next steps.
Can you clean up a green or cloudy pool?
Yes. We handle green pool cleanup, algae recovery, cloudy water, and neglected pools. The exact treatment depends on water condition, filtration, circulation, debris load, and whether the equipment is working correctly.
Do you service hot tubs and spas?
Yes. We provide hot tub and spa water care, purge service, water changes, filter checks, jet cleaning, balancing, and equipment diagnostics.
Do you do pool inspections for home purchases?
Yes. We perform pool and spa inspections for home buyers, sellers, realtors, and property managers. The inspection covers equipment condition, safety and barrier items, surface and visible plumbing condition, and water chemistry, and you receive a photo-documented digital report quickly enough to fit real estate transaction timelines.
Do you handle commercial pools?
Yes. We support commercial and multi-property pool needs, including hotels, HOAs, apartments, and managed facilities. Commercial pools may need a different service schedule depending on use, code requirements, and water demand.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on Eugene, Springfield, Coburg, Lane County, and the surrounding Willamette Valley area. For locations outside that core area, contact us and we’ll let you know what is available.
